Agreement to Terms
By engaging Jon Yeazel Web Design ("I", "me", or "my") for web design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Services
I provide custom web design and development services. The scope of each project is determined through direct communication and may include:
- Custom website design and development
- Mobile-responsive layouts
- Basic SEO setup
- Integration with third-party services (booking, payments, etc.)
- 30 days of post-launch support
Pricing & Payment
Pricing starts at $5,000 and is negotiable based on project scope and complexity. Final pricing is agreed upon in writing before work begins. Payment terms:
- 50% deposit required to begin work
- Remaining 50% due upon project completion, before launch
- Accepted payment methods: credit card, Venmo, Zelle, bank transfer
Additional services or features outside the initial scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.
Timeline
I aim to deliver completed websites within 48 hours of receiving all necessary materials (logo, content, images, etc.). Timelines may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness. Delays caused by late client feedback or materials may extend the delivery timeline.
Revisions
Unlimited revisions are included until you are satisfied with the final design. After launch, 30 days of free minor tweaks and adjustments are provided. Beyond this period, additional changes may be subject to an hourly or project rate.
Ownership & Rights
Upon full payment:
- You own 100% of the final website, including design and code
- You receive all source files and assets
- No monthly fees or licensing costs apply
- I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing necessary content, images, and branding materials
- Timely feedback and approvals
- Securing your own domain name and hosting (I can assist with setup)
- Ensuring you have rights to all content provided
Refund Policy
If we cannot reach a satisfactory outcome after reasonable revision attempts, your deposit will be refunded. Once the final website is approved and launched, no refunds will be issued.
Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services or your website. My total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
